Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destination
We currently ship to France only.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

Customs & Import
Our orders are shipped directly from our partner international logistics hubs. No customs fees apply — you will not pay any extra amount upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please contact us at contact@vueberry.com and we will investigate immediately and offer a replacement or full refund.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@vueberry.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
